Another one would be logging into the ticketmaster site on your phone from home, then taking screenshots of the QR codes.

That way you don't have to login to ticketmaster along with 30k people at the same time....

On android I downloaded barcode to GooglePay. Also make sure you go to the gate mentioned on ticket, on the ffc website it says you won't be admitted thru a different gate

Anyone else having issues with Ticketmaster at the moment? My mate got three tickets, then forwarded one to me, but when I tried to open the link I get an error message that says "We're sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again".

When he tried to cancel the forward he gets the same message.

My TM account is linked to mt Freo account, but there's no sign of the tickets in my Freo account. It says I haven't purchased any, which is technically true, but my barcode was used to purchase them so.....

Anyone got any ideas?

Morgan can your mate take a photo of QR code and forward it via text?
Or...
When on Fremantle FC website, Manage My Tickets you should be able to see ticket information.
If that is established you should be able to use Freo FC App to on your mobile to view actual tickets/QR codes for game.

Nope.

He can no longer view the ticket, and when he tries to press the 'Cancel Forward' button he gets the same message as me. So neither of us can access the ticket.

Ticketmaster have closed their call centres due to COVID, and I'm assuming no-one will be at the club on a Saturday. W're not really sure what to do.

It's a rather stressful start to the weekend.

There will be a Ticketmaster window at Optus on game day should be able to sort issue for you.

An issue causing quite a few problems, is the need to "Switch Accounts" (top right of log in page).

Hi Morgan. This is exactly what happened to me. 5 people tried everything. However, eventually it was fixed. See if this works, as follows...Whoever has the original tickets on Ticketmaster, try clicking Cancel Forward'. Last night, I got a message saying ' Unable to process request'. But Probably half an hour later, suddenly, the ticket I cancelled forwarding on, reappeared in colour in my account and as a usable ticket. I could then reopen, viewe ticket, and took a screen shot and forwarded the image myself, from my phone as an sms. I didn't use their Forward option. . Once the initial one finally had it's forward, cancelled, I could do all the others. (I was the person who had tickets in my account when purchased) Everyone was sent an image of their ticket, directly from me. Hope this works for you. Good luck. I hope it makes sense.
