Hi Morgan. This is exactly what happened to me. 5 people tried everything. However, eventually it was fixed. See if this works, as follows...Whoever has the original tickets on Ticketmaster, try clicking Cancel Forward'. Last night, I got a message saying ' Unable to process request'. But Probably half an hour later, suddenly, the ticket I cancelled forwarding on, reappeared in colour in my account and as a usable ticket. I could then reopen, viewe ticket, and took a screen shot and forwarded the image myself, from my phone as an sms. I didn't use their Forward option. . Once the initial one finally had it's forward, cancelled, I could do all the others. (I was the person who had tickets in my account when purchased) Everyone was sent an image of their ticket, directly from me. Hope this works for you. Good luck. I hope it makes sense.
