Hogan I think we can cover with CamMac to come in. Logue now that’s another story. Hopefully not bad

Logue probably best to amputate and see how he goes with a carbon blade.

No preseason.

Prepare for 1 injury per week per club for the rest of the season.

The full injury list (not so bad with the limited pre-season and Dockers medics), but still too much of the dreaded ‘TBA‘

INJURY LIST

Brennan Cox (Hip) - Test
Travis Colyer (Migraine) - Test
Liam Henry (Knee) - Test -
Jesse Hogan (Calf) - 2-3 weeks
Stefan Giro (Ankle) - 3-4 Weeks
Griffin Logue (Toe) - TBA
Reece Conca (Hamstring) - TBA
Joel Hamling (Ankle) - TBA
Alex Pearce (Ankle) - TBA
Sam Switkowski (Back) - TBA

By the "rest of the season", Freo66, I assume you mean its remaining couple of weeks. Maximum.

Logue's toe is badly bruised, so they can't easily assess the damage. But look, we may as well assume its broken and he'll be out for 8 weeks. That way we have about a 50% chance of getting some good news.

Bizarre - Hogan will be well and truly peeved when he reads that he can be covered by bringing back Cam! Ouch!

Given this is a distorted, interupted season I'd be giving every player on the list a go and find out what they've got to offer. Blakely, Hendricks, Henry etc. Also experiment with positional variations. If Fyfe is back play Mundy in the backliine. Play Fyfe at CHF etc. I don' think we have at this stage we have anything to lose. We are not in the race for any premiership.

Here’s my radical idea: put Fyfe temporarily into defence.

The midfielders did OK last week. Give them more opportunities.

Since taking over as head of strength and conditioning in 2008 Weber has never averaged under five players on the injury list during the regular season.

“Jason, keep the TBAs at around 10% of the playing squad and we’ll happily extend your contract”.
