Not sure how it works. I've got 2 memberships and have donated both so I'm platinum.
Does this mean they will send me a ticket (I hesitate to say "free") or do I have to pay for a ticket?
Or does it mean that my usual seat will be held for me (to pay for or not?) and if I don't want it I let them know so someone else can buy it?
Wish they'd sent the email before the weekend.

In the email I received on the 3rd July (btw it didn't appear in my primary address so check your promotions/spam email file) was the following
"All members will be reissued with digital tickets to access games in 2020. You will receive instructions in the coming week on how to download your digital ticket."
and
My understanding is that if you have pledged silver or platinum you are guaranteed your current seat - in th original email about the raffle/pledges etc it stated that with these pledges you maintain current membership status and entitlements...

After almost an hour got through, I guess a lot of us are planning to go to game. Apparently it’s due to Govt COVID19 that they want it on phone so know it’s you going through. I disagree as could still lend someone phone for the game. Anyway if old phone they will put your name on a list and are liaising with Ticketmaster for another way (eg email on iPad to print) and will let us know hopefully next week. This could be for each game.

While there I confirmed platinum and silver don’t pay again. Sorry forgot to check if seats same for both but as a platinum pledge we got our seats,

I watched his presser,and a review at the end of this week will clarify if stage 5 goes ahead,if not then no footy at Optus ,yet it will be constantly reviewed weekly.
He's more worried about international rivals .
