That's a pretty strong line up. Be interesting to see who makes the cut.

Duman a bit stiff to miss out on the 25 man squad, didn’t think he did much wrong.

A very good bat Hypen, . Found this pretty good description on " 'bats of a bygone era "(. Not a bad FB site...and if you want a laugh have a look at the description of DK's aluminium 'Combat 'bat.)

Never had a Jumbo, but loved my Symonds 'Super Tusker', which was an absolutely sensational piece of willow, but in my case, it was in very poor hands.....

The Stuart Surridge Jumbo 1993. What a stick. The sort of bat that could best be described as the bat Hitler would have used if he ever donned the whites. Bold, Intimidating and ferociously ruthless. The sort of bat that would bring about a fielding change the moment it made its way out to the middle, often a deep mid wicket on the fence. Most famously used by the master blaster himself, Sir Vivian Richards the SS Jumbo was as ruthless as a Balinese prison and packed as much punch as the late great Muhammad Alii. Great bat 9/10

Is Travis Collier a small forward? or is he just a minor?
Who do we choose from Shultz, Matera and Serong?

I remember as a kid trying to be Viv Richards and not being able to lift the bat ...should have aspired to be John Dyson. Realistic goals.

What is Sturt's nickname ? Something around a James Hird clone with out the peptides.

Going by last weeks performance, they need to draft in a couple more "Dean"s.

Where does Blakely sit in the team do you reckon? I thought for sure he would have bedded down a spot as an inside midfielder by now. In some ways Mundy’s longevity hasn’t helped him, and Blakely had an unfortunately-timed injury when I thought he would replace Neale, but it’s disappointing he hasn’t taken the next step.

Given the wraps on Serong, he’d have to be nervous that his window to impress is closing.
