One of my best mates at school was three times the size of all the other kids but soft as butter when he copped a whack. Sean reminds me of him. Looked like Tarzan, played like Jane...

Jason S. Weber.

The "S" is for setback.

Seriously. Ruckmen are heavy guys. Darcy hyperextended his knee when landing after a ruck contest. At least he didn't do his ACL. WTF has that got to do with Weber or anyone else?

The injury has nothing to do with Webber, the mismanagement of the treatment & recovery phase however, is another story.

So this thread isn't about Hodor cracking an air biscuit in an elevator?

I guess you had it half covered.

For those wanting a glass half full take: the 2 blokes based on body shape he most regularly gets compared to are Grundy and Mumford.

Check out historical comparisons

finalsiren.com/PlayerCompare.asp?SeasonI...ectedPlayers=2406%2C

Look at Grundy and Mumfords 3rd years (and 4ths) ... even with his injuries, Ross playing Lobb solo, and second fiddle to the Great man Sandi his trend line and comparison is pretty good.

Few less hit outs than Mummy, few less possessions than Grundy.

I just want the club to come up with a plan that allows Lobb to stay up forward. He could be a 70 goal a year player.

Mumford was a rookie, so in his third season he was in his mid-20s. Darcy is still a pup. By the time he's in his mid-20s he'll be harder and cover the ground better. He'll be a real handful.

What will determine whether he's good or great is how his marking develops.

Kicking for goal too. He's not alone there though. His captain and full forward could use some practice as well.

And, Davo, now they will get the opportunity for that practise.
