I really liked him in the championships before the knee gave way, he was best on ground in the final game vs VC before it happened.
He reminds me of a tougher Lachie Neale with some real aggression, maybe a Dion Prestia type. He gets in and wins the footy as a great reader of the play and stoppages but has a bit of speed to run on the outside and get the ball going his sides way too.
Knee injuries on kids are a bit different to a fully developed footballer as they can bounce back a fair bit stronger. It also allows them more time in the gym, building their aerobic capacity and just generally growing into their body before taking on the AFL which can be a bonus. I don't think his injury will hurt his chances too much, he was probably a pick around 40/50 before the knee and may drop to the 60's but I'd still expect him to go in the regular draft.
