Well, I've long thought we've been missing 'a bit of mongrel', ...ever since Ballas 'fell away'. Hopefully with DJC back in the fold, theres a bit more 'agitation' out there....or at least a bit of 'resistance' when we are getting 'trampled over'.

Well might this fellow offer a bit of that, but if he's a periphery player at best - or does not have elite skills - then I wonder where he makes the team??

Maybe -if he's basically free - you chuck him in the derbies simply to go and 'ruffle some feathers'.

He's only 24 so he's still got a few good years left in him and if he's going to cost nothing I think he may be worth adding to the list for some toughness and nastiness which I think most of our guys lack. I'm sure Josh Carr would like him running around in purple and he could add some protection for our younger ball players similar to how he and Mitch Robinson have assisted at Brisbane. Hopefully he could also improve his disposal under a new coach.

You have to develop your own agitator because they need to be easily forgiven, and new recruits are usually the opposite of that.

So is there anyone on our current list who fits that bill Shane. The guys who have tagged recently Banfield and Tucker, both of whom I really like, don't seem to have that mean streak like Josh Carr but maybe there is someone else who could move to the darker side with a bit of encouragement from Josh. All of our guys seem a little bit nice and lacking of this characteristic.

It's great having an 'agitator' in the side but if they're no good at footy, what's the point of them?

Robertson is slow, doesn't find much of the footy, doesn't use it well and isn't near our best 22.
