TOPIC: Cox

I would have thought Brennan might represent some decent trade value, but he really hasnt been mentioned at all.

What does everyone think about this bloke...especially with a 'full uninjured KPP' list.?

Is he one we can 'let go'??

I can refer you to all my detailed stats work earlier in the season if you like?!

Realistically, he has tonnes of talent and we won't get anything near his value on the trade market. He's of more use on our list than as pick 60 in the draft. There's also big question marks on our KPF's fitness at present, let alone their ability.

You wouldn't be letting Cox go without substantial compensation which no one is going to provide us.
Nathan: When did you get balls?
Simon: I've always had balls you've just never seen them.
Nathan: That's the gayest thing I've ever heard.

He is better value than Jones, and probably Meek as well, so I would keep him. Longmuir could be the making of him.

Hope so, but he's not a ruckman's backside atm.

No, CA, he is not and never will be, but he could develop into a handy forward/back big man, and be injury cover for both ends of the ground. I am hoping we draft a ruckman like Darcy, as our second ruckman.

I'm hoping we get Jackson, but he is more of a forward/ruckman at this stage I think.

Cox is a one trick pony, a fantastic contested mark. He had one good game last year which earned him a Rising Star nomination.

Apart from that he's done very little. Look, if he's a slow maturer like Taberner then keep him on.

I'd be more inclined to trade him but not for unders. I would have thought the Crows or Port could use him.

I'd trade a midfielder for him. I trade with Port to get Powell-Pepper though I'm not sure that gets it done. I'd throw Crowden in too.

Keeper, at least for two or three seasons . Still very young for his type of player.

Old enough for a pub crawl with Luke Ryan - that's gotta be a good thing to note about him. Also, he could be a very good consistent kick from a set shot with a bit of non-RoLy practice in him.

Brennan Cox is the next Taberner. Destined to be rubbished by DL posters for four straight years before they suddenly realise that he can play.
