So what do we do with all our assistant coaches. Should they cop a portion of the blame even if they found Ross to be overbearing and not willing to listen to them???
I bet there are a fair few who were relieved at the sackings and if they want to keep their positions they should knock down Peter Bells door and make their case to continue as forcefully as they can.
Then you get the medical/fitness department that needs a shake up as well. The only two definites to keep are Muzungu and the boxing/fitness guy who used to be our runner. That guy seems to love the club and I have seen him working with both the mens and womens teams. Don't know how long he's been at the club (from my old footage at least 20 years) Blokes like him should be considered for life membership. They are the heart and soul of a club.

Any assistant coach who didn't stand up to Lyon, obviously agreed with his philosophy, and should be going out the door as well, likewise the fitness/medical staff.

Roger should stay....our defence has been the only highlight in most games this year. Bring in the skills, skills, skills and more skills coaches!

Leftfooter, you’re talking about Gary Ingham, I think he still runs the gym under the stand at Freo oval. Top bloke, had enough of the running a while back I think but a legend of a bloke and we’ll worthy for sure.

Let's hope the rowing coach is already halfway down the Swan.

Halfway down the Derwent would be better.

Watching Son Son going toe to toe with Springer pre game is like poetry in motion.
Sonny could have a career in the ring if he wasnt such a jet
He lets them go quick and hard with apparent ease
Brad Hill goes good aswell but not in sonnys class

Met Springer a few years back at mutual friends place. Nice bloke. Told me Stephen Hill could box professionally if he was so inclined.

Stephen Hill releasing his pent up aggression in the boxing ring - nope, can't picture that at all.

Another guy that pops up everywhere for what seems like ever is the interchange assistant, He seems to do so many jobs - the board with stats, warm ups, interchange......another like the boxing coach who looks like a backbone person. I notice him every week at the games. Another for life membership!
