And by having our legends retire. Rough calculation says Sandi taking his bow put around 750 grand in the kit. The big guy carried much more than Ballas off the field with him tonight.

The bloke is a salmon coloured coat wearer he knows it I’ve seen it. Time for him to puss off too. He is the reason for our decline. We have no culture because he has no values. Go back to West coast you clown.

It sounded (and looked) more like an Essendon home crowd, from the TV coverage last night. I don't think any KPI's were met.

I like the guy, what has he done wrong? or is it just that those posting on here only know how to complain about everything to do with the club

KPIs - give your team the best chance of premiership success and improve revenue.

Revenue is down with the decline in memberships, and after 4 years of mediocrity, it would be hard to argue that we've given the team the best chance at success.

So yeh, you might like him, but on the available evidence, he's not doing a very good job.

Rosich might be a nice guy but this is a business and sometimes tough decisions need to be made. Profits are down, performance is down, membership is down. He's just not doing a good enough job and it's sad to see him go, he's a great bloke, but we need someone who can do the job better. It's not personal.

I've met him at his office over the Jumper fiasco. He's a very personable man. He's good with people. But he's not done a good job and locked himself into paying a poor coach too much, for too little.

Boom-Bust rebuilds are signs of badly run clubs, and Freo's rebuild produced no boom. His fashion sense is odd as well.

Ten years ago Steve,s vision was building state of the art HQ at Fremantle Oval.( Cockburn )
Membership high fifties by 2020 ( ain't going to happen )
More than one game at the MCG ( we play a prelim at Geelong and still one game maybe two )
Scheduling more prime times ( Sunday,s at 3.20 is for Melbourne end of the weekend roast night in front of the fire )
One grand final appearance seven years ago is the one tick....maybe not.
Shane I agree that it's a business and we have a club which runs on quick fixes and a rag with no oil on it, which is just creates a week by week survival.

Gotta warn you jusdoit, I'm going to be hard to convince. But I'm a reasonable guy - please make the case for Rosich to stay...
