The 2019 membership numbers are in and Freo had the biggest slide (-7.5%) and now sits as the 7th smallest membership base, just 57% of the size of the Eagles. For comparison the Giants are 59% of our size...

No matter how Rosich wants to try and convince everyone how great things are going this proves the opposite. Worst drop in membership numbers in AFL , nearly half the amount of our cross town rivals, completely at odds with Carlton who have been crap for years, and even out performed by perennial basket case Gold Coast.
We are a shambles.

I rang the club yesterday.
We have a 2 adult 2 kid membership but get no family discount for the kids as we sit in a premium area (even though we get wet when it rains)
Although very nice and friendly, the end result is they had no interest in my request for a discount to keep me as a 24 year member.
Thats $3500 at risk to Rosichs membership revenue figures.
She did say to stay tuned, they were thinking of bringing in some add ons at no cost which is probably a free face painting at each home game...
I wonder how many people have contacted the club expressing concern about renewing next year because she didint seem too fazed by it...

There was a fair bit of talk about some members deciding not to renew memberships once the stadium opened and opting to buying tickets when they want to go. I reckon there's a bit in that. Membership is down about 4000 from last year but average home game attendance is only down about 1500, on the high last season of 41764. It's still down but not as much as much as the pet memberships people haven't haven't renewed this year.

Mode attendance? Not sure. If you meant commode attendance, I'd say the average is once or twice per game. More if you've have a few Alby's.

Vucuum, I had some chats with members of the board and a couple of their senior exec in late 2017 and pointed this out to them. They were dismissive of me when I said that members were considering not renewing as they could pick and choose when to go to games, and save a whole heap of money, as the new stadium guaranteed that seats would be available every match.

One has to evaluate what you get for your membership. I, for one, think the value provided by our Club is poor. Having said that, I am sure to renew for 2020. I am a certifiable moron.
