So... they learnt nothing from bringing Stephen Hill straight in from a hammy last time?

Also, what has Travis Colyer ever done? He was useless on the weekend as he's been in every game this season and turns 28 in a month. What is he in the team for? Crowden who turned 20 a month ago had just as many touches from a forward pocket along with 6 tackles (Colyer didn't lay a single tackle despite the wet conditions making play conducive for tackling) and gets dropped?

Way to bring on the youth Ross, you're brilliant.
Nathan: When did you get balls?
Simon: I've always had balls you've just never seen them.
Nathan: That's the gayest thing I've ever heard.

Nice weather forecast 10 degrees, rain, hail and windy. In those conditions, I wouldn’t have played Shill and not sure why Crowden was dropped...failed the weeks theoretical test section about what to do when you’re getting smashed and you are thrown into the centre bounce?

I thought Logue had done ok in very testing conditions last week, His elastoplast stat must have been down. Glad to see Nyhuis given a crack at the toughest game location of the season. If we lose I hope he’s not thrown overboard the following week.....give the bloke a chance.

I think Ross was contemplating his belly button instead of watching the game last week .

But to him nothing really matters ?

So this is what ‘sending a message at the selection table’ looks like.

Logue has been more than serviceable, and Crowden gets one run at it after putting his hand up all year at Peel. Sandi gets ‘managed’ after one game in 18 months and replaced by Darcy who has been poor when in the team, and hardly knocking the door down at Peel. Colyer had one good game out of 6 or 7 at Peel and then a bad game in the derby. Dropped? Hell no.

Fair dinkum they are all over the shop.

Fremantle have played Hawthorn 35 times for 8 wins. In general, Hawthorn just laugh at us when they run out so a win in Tassie would be one out of the box. After the misery of the last week I should probably be reminding myself that the season is still alive. Well, technically at least. It would help if the team wasn't selected out of a bingo ball but where there is hope etc. etc.

Isns`t Griifin a key player for us going forward, get as many games into him as possible to bring him along
just shows Roly has no regard for the big picture
The owl didnt have much of a chance to show what he brings(is he a keeper for next yr?), think Andy B must be carrying an injury give him a weeks break to freshen up
Thank the lord Nhyuis gets a game , does Cerra actually line up in the middle ?

The WeePoos have brought back Wingard from injury - Nyhuis will be very good to have in defence.

Well spotted Bozza - Cam Sutcliff debuts for Port this weekend.

I thought Logue got caught out of position against Carlton and again against the Eagles so much so that they played him forward.Nyhuis is a great one on one defender so they have brought him in for a role on Breust or Wingard perhaps.
