tall forwards are overrated. small crowd make big noise. Big efforts from Brayshaw and Conca and Langdon. Cox is another role player and he goes ok. Griffin was taking lessons from Hamling mid game but went ok. The guy with the numbers board got cramp holding up #3. Did you like the (Cock)Burn?

Has there ever been a game where so many bananas went through the big sticks? Inside and outside of the boot. Both teams. Extraordinary!

Yep..stayed to the end....hard to watch for most of it.

Got to admit, completely unaware that the umpiring favoured us. It was not my impression.

Cannot - in all good conciousness - say that i was overly impressed with the game...but hey, a win is a win, and somehow, the other team was worse.

If only we transferred the ball efficienntly. We could do anything.

Loved walters, loved B Hill...loved the S hill/B hill/ m walters triangle in the last quarter. Brilliant!

Worried about Cox. He needs to bring a lot more than he does.

Loved a tap from Hodor to i think Fyfe. Brilliant, and wed be mad to ditch him.

Cant say i enjoyed the game...but tell you what , what Fyfe did with Milly was fantastic.

Big salute to him and the club...but most of all 'good on ya Milly!!' Had tears of happinrss in my eyes...

Maybe you'd prefer the contest free dons v tigers. But not me. It was the happiest crowd I can remember.

It was a happy crowd. We discussed this, I think people were glad to be able to have a few beers and not worry about work the next day.

32-15
Not surprising given how many contest and behind the ball hits by Port.

I agree with Cletus, Port were not treated badly by the umps, in fact they got more than they should have. And they were slow to wake up to the fact that the umps were told at 1/4time that Walters is now a star of the game and should not be slaughtered by the umps.

I was surprised by the count. Think we have been OK for the last two weeks, but earned them today.

And Travis King lives up to expectations with this excuse for Freo's lucky win

Despite appearing to have plenty of momentum, Ken Hinkley's men failed to score in the last quarter in a disappointing finish to a brave performance without Ollie Wines, Tom Rockliff and Charlie Dixon.

I guess Travis has never heard of Rory Lobb, Alex Pearce, Aaron Sandilands, Matt Taberner.
