Again, not true.
Mr Grech gave his version which has been supported by other persons sitting in that proximity.

You dragged in social media posts from last year where he swore and said that made him unreliable. In an earlier post where the witnesses were discussed, you dismissed them as unreliable.
You tried to justify the inclusion of completely unrelated material by saying in a dispute between him and the police, you would find the police more reliable. Nice call, except there has been no dispute between his version and Police. None!
So the justification for the character assassination attempt simply isn't there.
You tried to obfuscate the while thing so you can say whatever you like then call it a grey area and not have to justify your comments.
It is not a grey area. It is indeed black and white. A person was wrongly reported and the Police asked him to tone down the volume. Its not Grech at fault nor the Police because they are required to respond. The fact that he was left there and not spoken to further indicates the Police had a good understanding of events, did what protocol required and walked away.
I guess maybe they should have researched his social media accounts before concerning themselves with the facts, right?
