Sorry Suker, can't agree on this one. Blakely, Logue and Duman were available for selection so they weren't missing due to injury and only Blakely would be in our best 22. You could include McCarthy if you're going on omissions or Darcy or ?
Plus Sandi has offered to retire so that's how little chance we've got of seeing him again.
Their injury toll was huge and they still ran rings around us.

Agarn I reckon Logue and Duman could be in our best 22 plus more than a few others in time.

Perhaps Larkin, but so may Sturt, Valente, Bewley, etc.

Need to be playing regularly before we can consider them walk up best 22 starters each week.

But the point is, that a team missing some key players can still deliver, which they did, rather impressively.
I am not saying we were short as well so it is all even. They took a few weeks but they more than covered for their missing players, by playing positive team football. They looked and played like they understood what was necessary...to beat us. We were the opposite. They didn't seem to having gaping holes in their line-up.

I thought Conca actually played a bit better and did some hard stuff without turning it over so often - probably as was against his old team. Therefore I'd give Colyer one last chance as playing Essendon maybe!

I saw a lot of blocking and hard work to try and clear a path for Fyfe, etc.
Perhaps he's like our version of Rowan Jones. A lot of what he does isn't about possessions.

It's taking a while for the team lists to come out...
