I'm just saying, Corporal. If you want people who write about sport for a living understanding an issue and communicating that to the public,then you need to explain the issue properly to them.. They are people who's research involves being told things.So you have to tell them or they will write what they think they know. The West Australian were always going to run a big headline, the editor is a child, but if the club had been more honest and the coach didn't talk talk in riddles, maybe the coverage wouldn't have run so deep.
They're in a position to educate the journalists, and through them the public, but the message they sent was convoluted and boils down to people shouldn't talk about mental health.
