Cletus, you've hit the jackpot. Any club who signs Hodge as an assistant, it'll be like they've got a player in the camp. He's a great communicator and motivator. What I know is that he's better than Mitchell in the way that he instructs. Good move.

The fact that Scott is a reasonably successful coach could if one stretched the imagination have a bit to do with mentoring under Lyon.

I'm trying to follow the logic in swapping Lyon for Buckley, but struggling. We could do a double and get Eddy as well, they've had great results over the last few years.

It's like a broken record but we are playing a bunch of kids and barring losing a couple of close games could be in the eight right now. If you want to follow a team that never loses .....good luck with that. It's not by chance that all the current top four sides have at least one big bloke who can clunk a mark and sort of kick straight, we haven't got that so are doing damn well.

Hodge has got some sense. Hes smart enough to know you've got to leave your club, get experiennce under another system, then return.
Voss, Buckley and Hird....Primus...did it the wrong way. Woosha and the Scotts are sort of the model theyve got to follow.
Having said that...Im not so sure what Brad Scott has done to be rated so highly. And theres not much in Bucks. And Eade's ranting doesnt cut it any more.

Theres no a lot out there as far as coaches go. Maybe Clarkson, if he wanted a fresh start.

But all we need is a RoLy that is prepared to change, be flexiible and adapt to "another way". Be a bit adventurous for Pete's sake!!
