Early days of course(about 20 games?)but wondering what people who go to the games have seen in Darcy Tucker. Watching on tv he doesn't seem to stand out at all and I can't remember any threads or discussion about him on Dockerland.
Can't remember exactly where but was he taken reasonably high in the draft? If so I would have hoped to have seen something more exciting by now. Here's hoping he's building slowly.
From what I've watched I personally think there seems more upside in Balic but it looks as though he's lost to us at the end of the year.

No CA, he has not stood out, but don't condemn him for that, coz he is playing alongside some pretty handy players at the moment. And he also has not stood out for the wrong reasons, so while you have not noticed him, you also have not noticed him making many mistakes. I think he could be a sleeper, and will still be there putting in every week a few years down the track.

He is certainly an interesting one. Doesnt seem to have any outstanding features thus far to have justified his relatively easy selection run. Yes, hasnt done much wrong, but also hasnt really done anything other than 'contribute here and there'.
Thats probably the message he is getting via the 'in and out' selection policy. Has 30 games to show us hes not a sheriden or a suban. Bit worried he may be.

I'm actually quite interested in how this Taylor Duman is going? 193 cmis useful, hows his progress and does he look likely.??

I'd rather see Luke Ryan and Brennan Cox in the starting 22 before Taylin. Nothing against him just I'm keen to see those two in partiular.

Patience aint exactly your strong suit, is it Agarn? Second year is probably one of the hardest years. The first year the energy from the excitement can sweep you along, but into year two expectations on themselves can easily get players feeling lost. It's not great at the time, but it can be almost an unavoidable part of the learning experience.

Asking for opinions from others ROTV. Haven't noticed you or anyone else saying anything about him, positive or negative on Dockerland which is unusual as there is always some comments on most of our squad.
Never said I thought he was no good, in fact much the same as you I said I was hoping he was building slowly.

He often only plays about 60% of game time, so a bit harder for him to get alot of stats.

Agree with you Corporal. Initial impressions are Harley Balic looks to have more upside than Tucker Time, at this early stage. But what would I know? I remember telling my Dad I didnt think that kid Alan Border would amount to much.
