Rufus, right on the money there.
One other thing: I read a while ago how the Hawks had visited an NFL team. Now, before you go saying that the games are different and there's not much to learn from them, probably one of the most prominent things NFL teams emphasise is penalties. Don't give away penalties.
I noticed in our PF when Gibson gave away the free kick to Mayne, Son Son came over and gave Gibson an earful and a bit of a push. Why? It wasn't a malicious tackle, Gibson got pinged for the free kick, and from my eyes, the only thing that could have happened is the ump would reverse the decision if it escalated. Perhaps Son Son was trying to get Gibson to retaliate and give up the 50 m penalty. But, it's dicey because the decision could go the other way. Similarly, in the PF, when Cyril goaled after Sheridan's dropped mark, there wasn't much rubbing it in; by any of the Hawks players.
From what I saw, I think the Hawks have taken discipline to pretty high level. <Notwithstanding the elbow by Hodge to Wingard, but Hodge's story is the goal got in the way>
