I get the impression Jack Watts hasn't wanted to be in the Dee's for a couple of seasons now, a triple distraction. Hoges real is the target, but throw in leaping Howe and Watts, they are probably still laughing after Silvia to know what's really going on.

With Black now being unhappily stuck down the pecking order at North with a couple of years to run on a contract, along with MCarthy at GWS, I'm astounded player managers of WA KPFs allow them to sign long-term contracts, with Freo sitting here as a ready herring to bloat contract dollars each time they're negotiated.

That's exactly what Black did to us two years ago. He feigned some interest in coming home and then went and got himself a big, fat 4 year contract from North. He'd be the only bloke running around in the VFL on $400k a year!

So here's a bloke who decided to stay at Roos, a couple of years ago when Freo came knocking. Guess what? This is a Mitch Clark scenario and we know that outcome. So I guess young Aaron Black won't be wearing purple anytime soon. At 400k a reported figure, I think Norths are paying overs for him. Another reason he won't be coming here.
