He is one of my favourite players, I had a go at him one game and bagging him became a bit of a tung in cheek joke.

But in all seriousness if you dont put him at the feet of the ruck man at stoppages what else can he do?

I see him as an inside midfielder winning the first possession and i dont know if his current role suits him on a flank.

What comes next for Barlow. I think Blakely, Langdon and Weller will have him nervous?

Fyfe forward hopefully with McCarthy.
Barlow, mundy, neale blakely inside mids.

Langdon and weller need to pressure our bottom six. Weller disposal was sus in his second game and would need to improve.

I think overall you won't have any need to be alarmed about disposal effiency of Weller. He will be elite with that...just needs game time.

It's going to be ironic that Pav will hand the skippers role to Fyfe and he might also inherit from Pav going up forward but being chucked on the ball whenever we are in trouble. Just like Pav did in his young days.

There are 10+ blokes who are running through the middle at any given time. It puzzles me how often Barlow is seen on a half forward flank unable to push up when we have so many players down back and in the middle. It's poor coaching to leave Barlow up forward and out of the action where he is actually useful.
