I suspect the likes of champion data probably have that data available. I have it for each Freo recorded games I watch (probably 95%+ accurate), but not all Freo games.
But (as you are probably already aware) if I wanted to know the breakdown for a given 2015 game, I can go to the AFL Smart Replay site and count them there.
eg. Freo vs Sydney QF;

I've watched Margetts ( in particular ) for years. I think Dalglish & Farmer follow his lead. IMO. i think they all to a conscious adjustment of the free kick tally so that there's not such a skewed free kick count at the end of the match. The Freo Sydney game was 19 - 7 in Sydney's favour at 3/4 time yet finished 21 - 14 by the end of the match. That would suggest that Sydney suddenly changed game style to give away an additional 7 frees in that last quarter. Whilst Freo also changed style by only giving away 2. But where were the 7 & 2? From recollection, (very slow internet out here in the Outback) I haven't replayed the game, the 2 to Sydney was in their forward 50, whilst only 2 of the 7 to Freo were in their forward 50.
This is a trend I see consistently with Margetts, particularly in Derbies. Most of frees he awards to Freo, unless it's so blatantly obvious he has no choice, are in the defensive area of the ground. Whilst I accept the observations about fans, bias etc, & I'm no exception, I've taken to studying Margetts in particular, because his decisions were such, years ago, that compelled me to watch him "adjudicate" our games. For my own satisfaction.

As umpiring is their job one can expect them to protect it, but the anomalies exist because there does exist areas of "potential" conflicts of interest & the rules call for a subjective interpretation. Thanks to Dyson Heydon us plebs now know about apprehended bias!

Thanks to ROTV I now also know about unconscious bias, but I think some of the umps, Margetts, Dalglish & Chamberlain in particular, it's quite conscious. They just don't like us!

Even watching the replays can be inaccurate, as some marks are paid as frees and vice versa, and advantage frees are not always picked up on TV. It gives an indication however, and using this method, I have seen large quarter by quarter inequities against Freo. The worst seem to be second and third quarters in games.

RM, also, some weeks back, I did an excercise of looking at the relationship between the 2015 first quarter free kicks and results of Freo games. There was a relationship, but it was hard for me to easily show the results on Dockerland.

I'll give it a go, our worst starts in the first quarter (NB: the Frees shown are at some point either before/end of Q1);
R15 HA (Away) Frees For Freo 1 Frees Against Freo 8, Freo Lost, Score end of Q1: 8-27.
R20 WC (Home) 4-11, Lost, 9-44.
R13 CO (Home) 1-6, Won, 20-22.
R7 WB (Away) 2-6, Won, 33-6.
R10 RI (Home) 2-5, Lost, 19-49.
(NB: notice anything there? ie. No surprise all teams are the usual suspects)

Our best starts;
R4 SY (Home) 7-0, Won, 26-7.
R2 GE (Away) 5-1, Won, 21-14.

ROTV, again, those stats are probably available from Champion data, but I don't have them.
I watch recorded games (mostly Freo) and take note of such details, but my data is mainly for 2015.

In my opinion, the most common type of free (other than the one I classify as BS in my spreadsheet) would be high contact, then holding the ball.
Unfortunately, both of those Laws are somewhat open to interpretation by the umpires.
The High Contact law includes "in a manner likely to cause injury" and Holding the ball includes "prior opportunity". Until those words can be quantified and explained, we will likely be at the mercy of the individual umpires decisions.
