Looks like the move of Schultz from PA to Freo is approaching certainty.
It will be interesting to see how he goes tomorrow against FreoB. Audition for Ross?

I'd like to see the Dockers also try and get McCarthy from GWS. Of all the trading possibilities 'Sunshine' is my preference.

KPP forwards on the list would then be - Schultz, Taberner, Apeness and McCarthy, with A Pearce as a swing man.
Mind you I'd love for the Pav to play one more season!

If we had a wish list, I would throw all the money we could afford and an eight year deal at Jake Stringer.

The kid is as good as they come , maybe the bulldogs couldn't afford him after paying Tom boyd a million a season.

Why are players not choosing Freo, despite us finishing top 6 for 4 consecutive years and 5 out of 7 years?

Travel, any manager would tell their client if you play for Freo or Worst Coast your career will be shorter (travel), so until the AFL recognise this WA clubs will struggle to recruit interstate players unless they are born & bred Sandgropers who want to return home!
