Last year, the Preliminary Finals were played in the Fri night and Saturday "twilight" time slots. Assuming the AFL will do the same thing this time around, our catchup will be on the Saturday (Sep 23) aligning with the twilight game which, I assume, will start at about 2pm our time.

I'd appreciate others checking my assumptions here.

Okay, I've booked. Can only secure a table for two hours so in the unlikely event that the eight-seater table is booked from 3:30pm for someone else, we may have to move.

1:30pm was the last time slot I could select before the dinner setting. Now I'm just hoping/praying that the preliminary final is being played at the time we expect.

The game is 3:15pm next Saturday.

The Psych and I will be there from 1:30pm and we will probably take advantage of the lunch menu to have a meal. As you can see we have booked a table of eight - if there are more of us that won't be a problem as we will just pull more chairs over to the high table and cozy up.
