I can't remember a trade target in the last 10 years who Freo were actively targeting, encouraged by most here and in the media, that they did not land.
Jackson, who many here and in the media were suggesting would have no fit and cost too much, will likely end up being the best player to ever play for us and easiest to retain.
Seriously, it has never been the players Bell has gotten in or gotten rid of that get Freo playing like GWS are right now. Nor will it be in the future. In fact, Bell has got us closer to it by getting rid of Lyon.
