I'm terribly disappointed in the kid, I can only assume he was under some pretty bad advice that stroked his belly to a point he believed he was worth more. It could very well be that he just couldn't be buggered with proving himself in a team of mates and reckoned a fast track was easier.

Either way, what a kick in the guts for all of us. I would wish him well because he'll need it getting battered and muddied in the VFL. But I won't - bugger-off ya ungrateful wretch, cry to your Mammy when it all goes wrong because no one else is listening.

Ok - Tyler 'nephew of Greg Broughton' Brockman would be a great straight swap. The WeePoos will be without The Chadwick next season and Henry (I think that's his name, can't recall the turncoat) would be a fair replacement.

Shane Parker stole my Hearta is the best name ever. You should log in more often.

Henry can't kick further than most people can handball. He's doing us a favour.

Good luck to the youngster. I didn't think he'd make it.

Looking forward to more Freddie on the wing.

You can’t get upset at Henry, if he can more opportunities &/or money elsewhere, then good luck to him. This time of year outlines how football is now just a business. We could cut anyone loose when we don’t want or need them anymore.
Just hope we can get something of value in return, a second rounder would be good.

When Henry out of nowhere and against his previous form started playing better this year, I thought 'the kid is working on his cv/highlights reel before leaving', but I pushed that thought out because it felt too cynical, even for me.

I like to be entertained. (So Go get em Enery and listen to Unca Col, (He's young, we have been there and made stupid mistakes) ) Give me Nathan O'Driscoll who can kick the footy to one of our blokes and entertain me.
FWIW, Gees it would be nice if we landed that Dan Curtin lump of a lad out of this.

So if Jeremy Sharp is the guy we should snap up to fill the Henry wing or add to the depth of it, what do his numbers look like for the year?
I have noticed he hasn’t played for GC this season, not a good sign, but should also mean he shouldn’t cost too much to land.

Instead of Henry having lunch with Ross-the-Boss Lyon, to be sweet talked into coming over.
He should have sat down with Mark Jacko Jackson for a reality check...

From memory Henry cost us a bunch of picks in the 40s and 50s

We did not spend a top 10 on him, we used those on Young and Serong

So if we get a late teens / 20s pick then so be it. Shame to see him go as 2024 in purple looked to be a good one for him

Still, use the pick we get on Brockman in a trade or Sanchez/Tholstrup (as an ex Condingup kid myself I would approve this selection wholeheartedly) in the draft, move Freddie or Drizz onto the wing and move on

Yep what Stickers says. Bunch of bundled picks from lower in draft.

Plus a slight points deficit in the next draft (2020) where we took Chapman with our pick.
