15/175 indigenous last 3 ND's. 8/15 out of 'expensive' private schools(4/5 from WA).
2 more out of
Henley High School in SA, which run a specialist sports AFL program , and have defeated allcomers in SA's Open division for umpteen years. In fact they are looking to play Vic sides next year in comp. So they vacuum potential private school players out of the system in SA-WA has no public school equivalent, only the PSA. Lukosius and Rankine hail from there.
Plus 2 brothers out of the NT that boarded away in QLD and were drafted through the Lions academy.
Effectively the outliers are Wanganeen-Milera, with obvious AFL links, Lachie Jones, and our own NGA Roy Benning, keeping the dream alive.
