Surely we can 'let go' anyone who isnt committed; has 'stars in their eyes', or, has a girlfriend elsewhere, and yet still get Jackson, and, still maintain high draft picks.??
Lobb's too up & down and is relatively 'old' now ; Griff's had 6 yrs as a #8 draft pick and is still just a "bit" player,; Acres - well there's plenty of Blake Acres about the place, and, Tucker's had 7 seasons to put together 100 odd games, and still isnt an 'automatic ' selection..
And, well..., Im not sold on Liam Henry. Maybe he's a trade bait, to secure a draftcm pick deal.
Surely, we get a bit for them, get the wannaway Jackson, and, still barter our way into a few high draft positions...??
What we really, really need, is a genuine, ridgy-didge , pick pocket, small forward. We havent got one of those , and playing 3 or 4 "part way there" forwards, isn't a solution, long, or medium term
