As this article says, Luke is almost guaranteed to be at Freo next year and you can add family to the line "But according to Ralph, Jackson has told friends he wants to be a Docker".
I'll also say again for those who don't see every topic, the OOFTIT's can't use their first round draft pick this season so the best they can do is a pick in the 20's. They shouldn't be using a high round pick in any case since they're rebuilding and Jackson was a Freo supporter and only wants to come home to Freo. The OOFTIT's aren't remotely in the race.
Additionally, getting him 'cheap based on performance' is just a silly comment. His value is enormous and we will get him as a bargain as the only club in competition for him. That will still probably cost us 2x pick 15+ and something later on top.
