It's a tough one. Both are far better players. Shane made a point about Neale, his kicks are more effective and his ability to control the ball when it's on the ground is as good as Voss.
Langdon is Melbourne's unsung hero and a big part of their success. He is the best running wingman I've seen and he gets back more than anyone, even Brad Hill who should also be included in this.
