Anyone else getting a message that their barcode will be available 72 hours before the game (yesterday)?
Yeah I know the 72-hour banner s a permanent feature and I can tap on the ticket in my app anyway and see the barcode, but the person our daughter forwarded her ticket to is not a member and can't.
Third home game, third time hundreds, possibly thousands of us are sitting listening to the club's holding message, with some new intractable technical issue.
Tell me again why members can't be provided with a single card that has a barcode on it?
Any putative cost of manufacturing and distributing cards is dwarfed by the amount of time, energy and data (ie searching for self-help solutions, emailing, texting, DM-tweeting the club) this is taking, round after round
