Fremantle might be open to the move with the look to next year but only if adequately compensated. Luke Jackson comes out of contract at the end of next year. You would pay him a million a year on a long term deal.

Word on the trade radio is that the Lobbster hasn't officially requested a trade. Apparently GWS have offered him a 4 year deal, but not on 500K per year, but something more like what he's getting here for 2 years but spread out over 4... there you go you big overpaid Lobbster lol.

Word coming through now on SEN Radio is that Rory is not happy with the money GWS are offering him. I know people will tell me he's irreplaceable but wow, who does he think he is. He's commanding as much attention as a Brownlow or Coleman Medallist yet he's neither. I think we just get what we can for him or let him bring out the oranges at half time. I doubt if the circus he's created can be doing wonders for team unity at the moment. He's coming across as a diva of the highest order.

If all this doesn't end up with Rory getting traded it could end up being the attitude ajustment he needs, his ego might be pricked with the low money offer from GWS and nobody else trying to get him, He might come out with some fire in the belly and something to prove next year, at least that's what I'm hopeing anyway.

PK, I'm not saying anyone else has done a lot more to move above him and be selected at 2. I'd be happy taking Callaghan there, I just wouldn't be moving up specifically to grab him. If we were able to move up to pick 2, I would hope it was with the end goal of moving that pick to no 1 for Horne-Francis.

However that seems incredibly unlikely given Adelaide and Richmond's bids were rejected. If I were North, I wouldn't be considering any offers unless they were astronomical. JHF is the kind of kid you build dynasty's off.

The Lobb deal can't get done. GWS have no draft capital to play with after pick 13 and seem unwilling to use it to grab Lobb. Freo would be aware of what Lobb's value is (opposed to nuffies over east like King) which is far more than anything GWS are likely to give back to us. Hold him to his contract.

Loved Lobb in his first year..
Even had a bit of money on the Brownlow in his second.
Then the wheels came off in his second second and his grievance was reported of having to be a ruckman and not playing the forward 100%.
He didn't come to be the ruckman “I came to the club to play as a forward,” Lobb said.
GWS listed him as ruckman.
West Coast interviewed him before he came to Freo as they needed a ruckman as NicNat was not 100%
So if he goes back to GWS is he a key forward or their ruckman ? Hes not happy doing both, actually hes not happy doing the ruck .
He wanted to go 2020 mid year.
