I don’t think he’s worth chasing beyond what we’ve offered. To be honest I would prefer to go to the draft. Surely Bell knows that the supporters have very little appetite to be burnt at the draft table.
Is Clark really worth over 30 picks higher than SPS. What is the evidence he’s going to produce more.

I really don’t see the fascination with Clark, we have Frederick, Walker, Western, Henry, Colyer & Switowski who are all fast and can play on a wing if that’s where we want them, we also have Young and Chapman who are capable of moving up the ground to provide a marking target rather than a fast one.
If Geelong are going to demand a 1st round pick just say “thanks, but we’ll talk again next year when he’s out of contract.”

I think Jordan Clarke has big upside but I also think we can't really offer more than pick 25 if we can get that off Carlton.. That is our offer.. Its like an auction pick your price and don't go past it.. I get that when a player wants to come to your football club you have to make an effort otherwise the next guy might not be as keen to nominate you as his destination but that is that.. Pick 25 or go to the draft.. I'm not to fussed either way but it is always exciting this time of year

I just watched the Pav sports segment.He said in a coup for the dockers.Jordan Clark will be playing for the Dockers next season.
He said nine news understands Clark will be playing in the purple next season.
He said there was still some work to do.He said Clark will get his wish to play for Fremantle.
So still not set in stone ,it's a watch this space thingy.
Not really more than we already know .

Steve Wells (recruitment head from Geelong) has just been on SEN and has confirmed that they are NOT seeking a top ten draft pick for Clark. He indicated they would need to throw a lot more into it for Freo in order to justify something that high.
