I'll say it one more time, Lobb was a 207cm forward playing in the wet on a muddy ground where our delivery forward was horrible, rushed and to a 2v1 with Stewart doing as he pleased across half back. Lobb copped an injury early, battled through it and was subbed at half time having impacted more than half the side. The idiocy of picking him of all players to roast after that performance is mind boggling.
We carried a lot of smaller bodies and kids, unable to compete with the most mature team in the comp who train and breathe this sort of weather and ground. They're geared up for a premiership and have sat at home in Victoria for the last month resting up while we've battled away on the road for the past few weeks. There are so many factors that point to this result, I'm surprised how outraged people are. Get some perspective.
