has this Squad got a game plan strategy and method?
Too me its a bit like throwing wheat around and the pidgeons flock to the food.
Watching melbourne, richmond and western bulldogs, they all have run patterns and movements planned to get to their forward lines and similarly for their defensive patterns to exit defence....
There seems a lack of blocking/shepherding by our players , rather run past and get a handball instead of blocking them out of the play....big changes required in personell and game style

I thought Cerra coming in made a world of difference, he was excellent off either boot.

We gifted a win to a 2 win team by hot-dogging with the ball in hand when straight forward basic skills would have produced better ball movement through congestion. The two teams play remarkably similar forms of football and probably have a similar age profile - they're just better at it even though we have better players. Just my view.

1. Fyfe has lost the ability to turn/ win a game
2. Crowden is too slow
3. Henry is not ready yet
4. We need another strong body in the midfield to break lines
5. Our small forwards just don’t score enough goals and primary culprit is the usually reliable Walters at the moment. I have no idea what has happened to him.
6. We need to get hungry for wins. They wanted it more...we just looked like we turned up for the job....got paid...and went home
