A critical game they had to win and in the normal freo way they continue to fail after 27 years.

I would suggest they we have the most ineffective small forwards in the game.

It is either the coaching or the players are that bad.

Freo had their chances to win the game but it was a hard task to beat the boys in yellow as well as the bombers players. 7 to 2 frees in the last qtr plus 2 or 3 50m penalties got the bombers home.
Yes we had our chances but I think the umpires showed their hand very early in the game and so it was in the end.
Very disappointed but not surprised by how we lost. Some very bad kicking for goal some sloppy decisions by our players caused turnovers. When Freo had their chance of putting on 2 or 3 goals in a row they didn’t. Maybe we’re a young team and we may have a few injuries but they were never out of it and that’s a positive.
Did I mention that the umpires sucked?
