Good result in the big picture. We got the toughest trip out of the way, with half a team, and didn't get torched. Get the home game at the end of the year with, hopefully, a few better options in defence.

Fought it out for sure. Tablin duman and Blake acres must be in the firing line. Best game seen blackely play in the middle - was not great but did not turn over that much or give it to a player in a lot of trouble. Low bar I know but I will take the improvement.

Forward line still needs a lot of improvement and the defence was shamboliic at times.

Let’s not get too carried away the game was well and truely over by half time and I am sure brissy were going thru the motion at times, but hey after last week’s total embarrassment I am glad it did not get ugly as threatened.

As for Darcy yes showed something but when it counted went missing. He is simply not fit enough , I would prefer he play forward as a second ruck for now and ruck with meek and leave lobb out.

Why are we so concerned about having too many talls in our forward line. I get tired of watching how many times our forward marking option is someone like Shultz or Colyer.
