I thought we would take great strides this season but skills aren't much better, conditioning isn't much better, injury management looks worse and they seem to be on the verge of panic out there.

They're being comprehensively outplayed again.

Really? We must have been watching different teams the last few years.
Brisbane are just walking it out of the backline. Fremantle can't afford to play three developing smalls at once in Frederick, Henry and to a lesser degree Schulz. They are just not up to it yet. Up the other end, Cameron could have 5 goals by now. If Taberner has a down day our forward line is non existent. I would try Logue at full forward. It probably won't work but what is their to lose?

There are two options when you don't have enough players to field a balanced team. You can carry on as normal and get beaten or you can try not to get beaten by a lot and get beaten.

I'd rather see bits and pieces of interesting football than save face.

goodie, it doesn't matter who is in the forward line with the up and under delivery.

Game plan seems to be to bomb it in high to the nearest small forward. It didn't work when Roly did it and it's not working now. The difference in kicking skills is telling. Brisbane kick low to a player, we kick high and hope.

If JLo doesn't start making an impact on skills, his career is gunna be very short

It’s not looking good for the rest of the game. There’s not much we do that looks promising. We seem rushed, under pressure and the team on the park does not seem up to it at this level. We lack depth and it seems that the cupboard is bare until our injured players return.
