Raglan, those pick ups are over head marks for him.

As much as I like him, I reckon Switta might be every bit as good.
So watching the two of them out there running around could prove to be a lot of fun over the next 10 years

I’m still a bit nervous about our stock of tall forwards, but I’m very optimistic about our small forwards. In particular, I thought before the season than Schultz was a placeholder until a better small forward presented himself, but it looks like his spot at the moment. I might have underestimated him.

I really like Switta and Crowden too (I love the way Switta's tackles stick), so there is going to be heaps of pressure for spots, especially if Sturt and Henry start to push into the team. I think a forward line of Tabs, Lobb, Sturt, Henry and some combination of Schultz/Switta/Crowden looks really well balanced to me.

I think Treacy is probably just injury cover for Tabs and Lobb at this point, and if in doubt I’d lean to the inclusion of another small forward than Treacy at this stage.

Schultz is playing that well I reckon he can forget about renewing his plumbers licence next time it comes up for renewal.

Have to disagree there Morgan, Tabs has looked good the last weeks because he isn’t getting double teamed like he did in the first few games, this is because Treacy is leading hard and dragging a defender away from Tabs (and Darcy in the hawks game). Sturt won’t attract the third tall defender the same way.

Matebe, I just had a vanity cupboard in my bathroom replaced by my trusted plumber.

Indicatively speaking do you know how much of a pay cut he'll have to take being a professional footballer?

Hypen: Hi, what time can you be over are you still down the road from me?

Plumber: No, we moved last year.

Hypen: Where?

Plumber: Nedlands.

You might be right PK, but Treacy was the worst player on the ground on the weekend, and clubs aren’t going to may him much respect if that’s regularly the case. He hasn’t really fired a shot yet (in games played in pretty good conditions), but that's understandable given he’s still a rookie.

I just reckon if your two key forwards are Tabs and Lobb you’re already skewing a bit top heavy. Sturt plays bigger than he is, so he can be really useful. You can already see how useful he is one-out in the goal square, but I reckon he could also get involved up the ground or crumbing if Lobb or Darcy are back resting in the square.

Still, it’s good to have options.

I'd like to see them give Treacy another couple of weeks because I'd love to see him plow thru a few Eagles during the Derby... then he can take a well earned break in the 2's.

You could always send Hodor down to CHF and bring Meek back if you drop Josh. I recon Hodor would scare the Beegees out of the Wet Toast Backs.

Wouldn't it be worth playing them all together for a few consecutive weeks to build some chemistry?

Treacy has had a couple of weeks. He could be good, but it is time for him to go back to the WAFL and work on all the stuff he knows he needs to do better. He did a few things that were "nearly" good enough, and in our current team that stood out, as everyone else was good enough.

I'm torn on the idea of playing him in the Derby. If I really thought he would hurt some Eagles... But I can't see that happening. I'd probably go for more small forwards against WC. Keep Hurn out of the side.
