I hope we don't go in too tall.

Well, Shane, we need something to replace the Ballantyne effect in the pocket.

Those of you who don't like the Sunday arvo timeslot better get used to it with the Rd 7 & 8 fixtures released both at this time.
Nathan: When did you get balls?
Simon: I've always had balls you've just never seen them.
Nathan: That's the gayest thing I've ever heard.

I'm worried that if we improve they may give us the Saturday arvo slot - which would interfere with my hockey...

Exactly - the hockey would have to move. Bloody AFL-centric world.

Yeah, Saturdays are for local sport. I'm perfectly happy with the AFL being on Sundays in Perth.

So - I posted this last year, I can finally tell the wife I was right for once;

Weather v CATS
It is no longer a coincidence that when Freo play the rain arrives. I have had my theories in the past - every second week the Freo supporters and players get drenched while the mob down the road bask in glorious dry footy conditions.
Case in point, tonight the weather will hit our southern suburbs at 4pm and the city at 6pm. The rain will stop at 10pm tonight.
Tell me I am wrong!
Balls...

Remnants or direct cyclone hit, I'm ok in the west end - can't say the same for those ten old fellas in lawn chairs on the roof down at the eastern end though. Let's give them a cheer as each flies off towards the hills on Sunday.

You know you're in for a windy day when they strap you into the wing suits before taking you up.
