We'd all love Brandon to be successful. Its a hard game AFL footy....and its not easy to be successful at it unless you are 'one if the superstars'.
I may be wrong...by when he was first drafted, I'm sure his 'go 'was wing/ centre, rather than 'a crumbing forward pocket' (like his nearest uncle).
So he's (maybe I'm wrong), sort of playing out of position...much like MDB or Banfield' I guess.
Unfortunately he hasn't got the size or speed to cut it in the modern midfield, and he's had to carve out a career in the forward line....somewhere.
I just get concerned that he 'doesn't bob up enough'
And I guess i feel that implies he's not putting in 4 q efforts. If I saw a ''manic B. Matera' (ie think Ballatyne) every time the ball is in his area, I'd probably appreciate him more. Just don't get to see that...
Just feel a bloke with his skills and experience could influence games a while lot more than he does.
