Yeah I just don’t think you can go on comparisons. Luke Jackson has also been compared to Brody Grundy. On comparison it would also be hard to pass up on him at pick 3. For mine he is a top 3 pick.

The problem is that GWS are desperate for a long term ruck solution, as Jacobs is a two year stopgap at best and Mumford is actually past it. So they may not match a bid for green, yes the Dees would get a great midfielder but they too need a quality tall to replace Hogan, as Weiderman and McDonald showed this year they are not up to the task.

Question probably for you Bizkit. Are we able to trade next years first round pick after we match a bid for Henry ? Seeing as we will have a points carry over to next season can we avoid the value of that pick decreasing by trading it this year ? If so I can see us trading next years first pick after the bid for say the Cats pick 19 and 27. Our points carry over then goes onto our 2nd round pick next year.

I think we can only trade the first round pick if we have a min of a full deck of picks. I think we're missing round 3 & 4. So I would think we can trade the first round as soon as we find a 3rd & 4th rounder... I maybe wrong though.
