Merc a day on and that opening statement "through his behaviour" still grates. It may be what the club put out at the time, but we flirt with losing quality players by imposing draconian escalations for minor infractions.
The team is trying to rebuild and be competitive, and managing young men is part of the club's challenge. Do they have a working buddy system? Set reasonable goals, baby steps for those struggling to fit in? I don't want to get too used to the team being a leper destination club in perpetual rebuild.
