I'm happy with that, pick 6 is a bit wasted on us and I would've hoped we'd trade it down for more picks if possible. We still have pick 7 so that should be at least 1 pick before a bid for Henry and allows us a shot at Jackson or Robertson. 12 might also be before Henry which could give us two picks before a bid comes and with 18 used on him, our other picks won't fall back too far. This would allow us to still pick up Sharp or Rivers.

That could be a huge draft bonanza for the club.

That is the rumour although with Howard the target instead of Jones.

It would mean next years 1st pick comes into calculation with pick 12 which works well for us. 2 picks before Henry is bid on (estimated between 12-20 at this point) would be fantastic with our Langdon pick and our own second rounder enough to match a bid for Henry and still snare one of the other WA boys. Then we have 2 first rd picks next year for our academy kids.

So they give a first round pick to Sydney for Jones (wow!) and miss out on Hill who will continue to be on the Dockers list for the next 2 years, and playing for us (if he wants to be paid). This is crazy stuff from SK.
I mean Hill should say to SK give Freo what they want and let's get this over and done with, otherwise I might finish up at Peel Thunder if I sulk for 2 years and you miss out.

The other option is the Saints get pick 13 off the Dogs for Bruce and send 12 and 13 (maybe some other future/late picks involved) our way which could be perfect in terms of picks before a Henry bid.
