That is a crap deal, how is moving up from 26 to 22 going to help fill the seven empty spots on our list. It worries me that the included pick 79, means we are actually going to use it at the draft!

Agree with Shane we got absolutelty shafted as Ed is worth more than this (effectively a future second round pick)
Cant understand why we played hard ball with Hill yet get rolled on this, my opinion Ed is nearly as good as a player and is younger ie best years ahead of him

The talk of next years pool being pretty weak needs to be seen in the context that most of the best kids on show are either tied up in Academy setups or Father/son picks. Melbourne clubs already rumbling on about this and wanting concessions. We have quite a few good Next Gen Academy kids available next year as well as Jeff Farmer's kid Kobe as a father/son pick so we should still be able to do well especially if we do get some 2020 picks.

Nope, this is a crap deal, a knee jerk reaction to Bradley's stuff up. Ed has better stats than Bradley, is younger and has been durable. Moving up a draft pick by four spots is simply crap. Fire sale.
