KPIs - give your team the best chance of premiership success and improve revenue.

Revenue is down with the decline in memberships, and after 4 years of mediocrity, it would be hard to argue that we've given the team the best chance at success.

So yeh, you might like him, but on the available evidence, he's not doing a very good job.

Rosich might be a nice guy but this is a business and sometimes tough decisions need to be made. Profits are down, performance is down, membership is down. He's just not doing a good enough job and it's sad to see him go, he's a great bloke, but we need someone who can do the job better. It's not personal.

I've met him at his office over the Jumper fiasco. He's a very personable man. He's good with people. But he's not done a good job and locked himself into paying a poor coach too much, for too little.

Boom-Bust rebuilds are signs of badly run clubs, and Freo's rebuild produced no boom. His fashion sense is odd as well.

Membership high fifties by 2020 ( ain't going to happen )
More than one game at the MCG ( we play a prelim at Geelong and still one game maybe two )
Scheduling more prime times ( Sunday,s at 3.20 is for Melbourne end of the weekend roast night in front of the fire )
One grand final appearance seven years ago is the one tick....maybe not.
Shane I agree that it's a business and we have a club which runs on quick fixes and a rag with no oil on it, which is just creates a week by week survival.
