We have some but not much. Brayshaw, Cerra, Cox and Darcy have talent that's not being utilised but it drops off markedly from there. That's just 4 kids on the list who have looked like they've got a bit of use although we're yet to see Sturt give things a proper go.
We've consistently given up picks for players and then needed to use our late draft picks on kids like Crowden, Giro, North and mature agers who look like bit part players at best. You need to replenish the list with potential star kids, not a plethora of bits and pieces players.
Then there's the whole second part of the process which is employing a coaching staff with the capacity to develop those players and grow them into the elite of the competition. RL has been incredibly lucky that's he's taken over from coaches who have done the hard yards for him. I've seen nothing to indicate he can do that in the past 4 years (or the rest of his career really).
