Apparently the crackdown on fans cheering 'too loud' for their teams that was organised by Marvel Stadium management (allegedly) has been modified slightly in Sydney tonight.
It seems that the 'Behavioural Awareness Officers' have been renamed 'Customer Service Officers' and the 'service' they provide is to mob fans who cheer loudly whilst accompanied by large numbers of police officers.
So how does Marvel Stadium management manage to manage things at the SCG? Didn't they get Kim Jong Gills memo about not intimidating the fans?
You know, I'm starting to think that Gill has been a little less than honest over this issue (among so many others) Those who are going to the game tomorrow had best restrict themselves to fairy claps and expressions of 'jolly well done old chap' but remember to do that quietly.
That said, these clowns have well exceeded their use by date. Its time to go, Gill.
