I'm glad you brought up Quick Morgan. It marked my sister and my first venture into independence. Mum refused to buy it, so we got together the 23 cents and went down to the local Tom The Cheaps and bought a tin of strawberry flavoured Quick.
On the calcium side of things I later started swimming training, and for a while got fed on milk which had extra milk powder dissolved in it for good measure. Not sure if it did any good, but I liked it at the time.

The best recipe for anchovy-enhanced crusty brussels sprouts is the one where you throw away the brussels sprouts and replace with crusty Italian bread.

Washed down with milo from the recipe where you throw the milo and milk down the sink and replace with a full strength pale ale or Barolo red.

Proof in the pudding, I've never broken a bone in my leg in my life.
