I tend to agree with others who have suggested that Hamling now takes the best/deepest/tallest forward and Logue comes in to play on the secondary tall, but it might depend a little on match-ups.
Our next game is against Port, and their two current marking threats are probably Westhoff and Ryder. You’re probably giving up a bit of height with Hamling on Ryder but I think you can live with that, and someone like Logue or even Hughes could play on Westhoff given how often he is up the ground. The question becomes what happens if Dixon comes back. Hamling is a decent match-up but who takes Ryder when he's close to goal and vice versa?
I can’t see Cox playing back at the moment. If we were to lose Ryan I could see us using Cox as an intercept marker, but I think we have that covered right now. When we play a team with a few tall options I could see us playing Darcy in the ruck and drifting back for support, with Tabs playing forward. I think that would put Cox’s spot in the team at risk.
I still think we need CamMac in the team. Fyfe and Langdon are working really hard to get the ball, but have sprayed their forward entries all over the place. I still think there is merit in CamMac acting as a link man.
